We charge a minimum attendance fee that includes travel and the first 30 minutes on site within the Perth metro area. If more time is required, labour is charged in 15-minute increments.

Yes. A 12-month workmanship warranty on the work we carry out, plus any manufacturer's warranty on the parts and equipment we install, passed straight on to you. We'd rather quote you an honest 12 months than advertise a longer number that the conditions quietly cut back down. This is on top of the guarantees you're already entitled to under Australian Consumer Law.
For urgent works like burst pipes or no hot water, we prioritise same-day attendance wherever possible.
